Description:

Hot filling machine is the standard 3-in-1 monoblock for rinsing, pulp juice filling and capping, when for special production condition, another pulp filling could be added, that is 4-in-1 monoblock. The system has fully considered the beverage's characteristics( such as the frothing of the tea drink and mixed juice) and the technical requirement of the hot filling.

2, Reasonable structured storage hopper and material supply system keep material in the constant flow speed, constant pressure and without frothing. Usually high position tank is adopted.
7, The storage hopper has the characteristic of gas discharge, full sealing and temperature detecting. In moderate and high speed production line, the material distributor replaces the big liquid tank to realize the complete CIP.

Introduction

This machine is the combination of 18 heads asepsis water rinser, 18 heads hot filler and 6 heads screw capper. It’s mainly used to rinse, fill and screw for fruit juice production continuously. This hot fruit juice filing equipment uses bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize automatic bottle rinsing, pulp rinsing, pulp filling, juice filling and cap screwing. It employs single cavity plunger type of fixing filling volume technique and equipped with perfect temperature control system, reverse-flow system, automatic cleaning system and control program. Each machine element that contacts with the liquid is made of high quality stainless steel and food-grade rubber.

Application: Tea, hot filling of fruit meat-containing juice, fruit juice, flavored milk, functional beverages, drinking water and other beverages.
